Government means the group of people who role or control a country and to rule on the country government needs to have policies and plans for the welfare of people. Policies of government is declaration of political activities, plans, ideas and other reactions for developing its country. Actually, policies are not lows, but they can lead to laws and these are hopefully better guide decision, resulting in positive outcomes, and it is very helpful to people.

- Pardhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna (PMJDY)
The objective of this Yojna was to make financial services affordable. It mostly targets people who are below poverty line and people who don’t have a bank account. It is very useful and important scheme to increase the economy of our country. Actually, it is very helping idea for the people who are below poverty line, the motive of government behind this scheme is upliftment of those people.
- Clean India, Green India
“The Swachh Bharat Mission” was started in 2nd October 2014, to make india pollution free. It is the most valuable scheme of government, its motive is to clean our country or increase its greenery. It is most significant cleanliness campaign by government of india. In my opinion, it is very brilliant scheme started by our Indian government cleanliness is must for everyone i.e, a person or a country because as we know that,”Health is wealth” and a good health needs a good and clean environment.
- Pardhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY)
PMFBY yojna was undertaken in 2014 on 11th October. It provides insurance cover to rabi and kharif crops and also provides financial support to farmer in case, there is any damage of crops. Basically, this scheme is for our farmers. When crops are ruined by some climatic reasons then these poor farmers have not enough money to depend it, thus our government take a very good step to help these farmers( i.e) very useful and important.
- Make In India
“Make in India” was initative started in 2014 on 27th September. The scheme focuses on job creation and skill enhancement in 25 sectors of the economy. It hopes to attract capital and technical investment in india. Government started this scheme for the job and technologies enhancements in our country. Today, everyone has to be skilled, educated and developed. So, this is very appropriate steps for development of country.
- Pardhan Mantri Sukanya Samridhi Yojna (PMSSY)
This initative was taken year 2015 on 22 January. It aimed at opening bank accounts for a girl child. Till she turns 14, money is to be deposited, the minimum deposit can be of Rs. 1000 per year and maximum 1.5 lakh per year. Basically, this scheme is started for the development of those girls who belong to poor families. Some families are not so able that they can provide higher education to their girls. So, in favour of these girls, government decided to regulate this scheme.
Pardhan Mantri Mudra Yojna (PMMY)
PMMY was launched in the year 2015 on 8th of April. It was started to provide funds to the non-corporate small business sector. This yojna is for those people who wants to start their own business but have not enough money. So, they can take loans or funds from the government to establish and expand their business to many other factors.
- Pardhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojna (PMJJBY)
“PMJJBY” provide life insurance cover to citizen. This yojna is a government backed life insurance scheme. This scheme is open and available to all citizen between the age of 18 to 50 years. To use this scheme, there is no need of any medical check-up. The minimum age of this policy is 18 years and the maximum age of this policy is 50 years. The maturity age of this policy is 55 years. It also applies on GST value.
- Pardhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY)
This yojna was started to protect the weak section of the country, and they also protect to poor people. It help us to save all of Indian people.
Pardhan Mantri Awas Yojna(PMAY)
“PMAY” is an initiative by government of india in which affordable housing will be provided to the urban poor with a target of building 20 million affordable housing by 31 march,2022. It is the most important scheme of our government. It provides houses and shelters to whose poor people who are homeless. House is the basic need of everyone. Everyone has a wish to have its own house. In case to fulfil this need of people, Government started this scheme.
Pardhan Mantri Ujjwal Yojna(PMUY)
PMUY scheme was launched by PM of india “Mr. Narender Modi” on 1 may 2016 to distribute 50 million LPG connections to women of BPL families. It is most valuable policy for housewives. It provides LPG connection and subsidies. It provides a safe and secured way of cooking to women. In reality, this is the most important policy to women.
Our government makes new policies after a fix interval of time for the welfare and best development of our country. So, we should have to follow these policies to support out government and country. Thus, policies are important because they address the issues, such as what constitutes acceptable behaviour by employees. On the other hand, clearly define a sequence of steps to be followed in a consistent manner, such as how they organization will respond to any policy.
